Should you have a complaint about advice received in connection with your investment, please contact your financial adviser in the first instance.

In the event of a complaint being received, we commit to providing an initial acknowledgement within five business days of receipt. We also commit to a written response within eight weeks of receiving a complaint. Every effort will be made to respond within these time-frames. If this is not possible, we will provide an indication of when a written response can be expected.
